We'll prepare you for three of the biggest gravel events in North America: Land Run, Dirty Kanza, and Gravel Worlds. We start your training on January 1st and continue for 8 months, building for each race. We'll customize your workouts to suit your lifestyle, reinforcing strengths while tackling weaknesses.

    Whether taking on the full Dirty Kanza 200 or dabbling in gravel races close to home, Rambleur Rising can help you achieve your goals. We help athletes of any level prepare for gravel events with expert personalized coaching, equipment selection, mental preparation, and race strategy and planning.

    Rambleur Rising Gravel Squad:

    In 2018, Rambleur Rising will work exclusively with its Gravel Squad in preparation for three premier gravel races: Land Run 100, Dirty Kanza 200, and Gravel Worlds. The Gravel Squad coaching program ensures entry to each of these events as well as personalized coaching and expertise in preparing for all of your events and races. The squad is also invited to attend the official Dirty Kanza Camp in Emporia, Kansas in April for a four-day gravel education before the main event in June.

    Coaches

    Kristen Legan brings extensive coaching experience in endurance sports and has worked with athletes of all athletic backgrounds and experiences. A former pro triathlete, podium finisher at Dirty Kanza and elite cyclocross racer, Kristen has helped first-time racers, experienced veterans and professional athletes achieve their goals while keeping training and racing fun and meaningful.

     

    Equipment expert and gravel guru Nick Legan is on hand to answer equipment questions, help with race plans, and provide insider tips for countless gravel events across the globe. He’s a former professional mechanic and author of Gravel Cycling: The Complete Guide to Gravel Racing and Adventure Bikepacking.
